ماده هفتم اعلاميه جهاني حقوق بشر

همه افراد در پيشگاه قانون يكسانند و حق دارند كه بي هيچ تفاوت از پشتيباني قانون بطور برابر استفاده كنند. هر كس حق دارد در مقابل هرگونه تبعيض كه ناقض اين اعلاميه باشد ودر مقابل هرگونه عملي كه چنين تبعيضي را تشويق كند, از حمايت يكسان قانون برخوردار گردد.
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of the Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
